Return & Refund Policy

At World of Coords, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every item you order from us. However, if you find that your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

  • You may request an exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Please ensure you have the proof of purchase or order receipt from our website.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Any used products, or products which is not in its original condition cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Products availabe under seasonal sale offer or any other offer are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • All products are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect items are received.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

How to Request an Exchange?

  1. Initiate a Request:
    Contact us at worldofcoords@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  2. Return Shipping Charges:
    A reverse shipping fee of INR 200 per item will apply. We will arrange pickup through our logistics partner. Alternatively, you may send it yourself and email us the shipping receipt.
  3. Send the Product:
    Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Exchange Process & Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange.
  • We donot provide refund. We only provide exchange of products
  • You can exchange the size for the same product. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product of the same value.
  • If the product is purchased dusring sale or offer, customer needs to pay the extra charges if the product is out of sale during exchange.
  • Note: We do not offer cash refunds or monetary reimbursements.

Important Notes

  • Each order can only be exchanged once.
  • Pre-paid orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities or unforeseen logistics issues.
  • International customers are responsible for customs/duties; we do not issue refunds for refusal to pay such charges.
  • Exchanges and returns are processed only within India.
